SUCCESSFUL OF LEARNING DEPEND ON   CLASS  MANAGEMENT
 

Management  class  is  trick how  to  manage  the  class  situation  in  order  to purpose  of  learning  and  teaching  success  so  can  happy  to  life, to teacher  and  students. How  to  manage  the  class:
Base  on  my experience:

1. Teacher  see  all  students  than   smile. Ask all them to see  the  teacher. Focus  to teacher
2. Check the  students present.
3. Read   and  explain  the  rule
4. Try to  consistent
5. Explain the  material
6. Ask  the  feedback
7. Evaluation
8. .......................

Friday, July 19, 2013. This is the end day on a week of New Academic Year School, 2013-2014. The computer not yet complete of repairing. While since Wednesday, July 17, 2013, the lesson already started. So, I give theory  to all class that I teach on this weak. How do  I handle the class on situation the computer not ready? This  are many ways that I application:

1. 1A,1B, IC: I teach introduction of ICT: ICT is abbreviation of  :Information Communication and Technology.  I ask student to  read, memorize than write, draw computer. We  can get  conclusion the situation of capability of student.Who is clever to read, memorize than write, draw, coloring.  Than I  give assessment to their work or performance. The student need involve the student, to write, read, draw
2. Primary  2,3,5,6 : same way. On Primary P2A I only use method  write, read, memorize, Presentation on front of class. I combine memorize and move, just as make declamation. Than I use it to assess  student. It is effective to save energy of teacher. This method  make us have space to do the others (exit class to take tissue, paper, mark, etc).
3. Encourage the student capability with praise (memuji). Use  fellow student to teach his or her friend.
4. Communicate with student, make them reconcile ( mendamaikan)  them that fight (Alex vs Richard) than report it to home room teacher (Mr. Egy). The home room teacher  continue to say  counselor.
5. The other activity that can be done to avoid boring of student is decoration of class.

I entrance  to Primary 3B.
I make mistake about schedule. I think on 10.30 I teach P 3B. "Sir, know is Math schedule. The teacher is Ms Desty," Richanda says. I see the schedule. "Thank you Richanda, you are right," I say that exit.

Devin  Gabriel Karunia Panjaitan, P5B come to pitch up me. I teach them. I give theory to them.
I try to  encourage them. I give theory of Computer. Juan do his task with well. I coordinate with Juan and homeroom teacher, Mr. Romeo to handle the  student that not finish school work.  Shannon help me to write. Yesterday (July 22, 2013),  Irene Zaneta Gladys  help me to write the score on paper (P2A).

Wednesday, July 24, 2013, I teach Primary 1B.  I teach about Paint. There are student  that undersatand   to open it. For student that not finish understand  yet, I ask some student that had success to help fellow student. They student that i ask to help are: Aurel  Regina Panjaitan, Ozwaldo Clifflim, Reagon Jordan Sakti Jaya. I encourage student to help fellow. This is trick to educate student.

Thursday, July 25, 2013.
I teach Prmary 1A. I ask some student to open Paint program. I teach Primary 1A. I ask Vicess Versace, Steano Raja Kurniawan, Imanuel Dimas Maheswara to help me to help the other students to open it. They do it nicely.
I teach Primary 1C. Only 1 period I teach them because technician of Optima come to ghost of Computer. Than I teach P1C  in the class.  The student moveable. They stress because not practice.

I entrance to P3A. I give theory to them. The student moveable too. I teach Primary  5A. Only one period I teach them. Than I give permission to go to library.  I go to there too.

Technician ghost the computer. There are 10 computers  that broken. 2 computers broken becauce they ghost. I ........(titip) my health receipt to them (Mr. Harry). May success.

Today, my ........(kesa), Mr. Mateus Potok burried at Lengor. He died at Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Wela.
Safer, Sinta still can see him. Tin, Man and Cory can not see him again. Tin and Man still in way. Cory can not come now because still bussy of semester test.


Today, Thursday, August 29, 2013,  I entrance Primary 1A.Rebeka  crying. Why? I ask.May have problem fromhome / way so hermotherangryher. I try to give  calmto her.Finallyshe is stopping  to cry.I take  tissue  to ... (seka) her tear (waterod eyes).Than she feel comfort to me. She is stop crying.  She can study  ICT.

On P 1C  Ms Cheryl suggest to  teach P 1C  without break.After finish  ICT lesson they  can breakfast that importanticanaccompanythem."Wow...this is good solution  for efficiency and effectivity of  learn. I accept Mr  Chery's idea.  I teach P1C  untul finish 2 period  than  Igive chance to them  breakfast. I accompany them. Than  whentime is up, I exit,I will goto Primary 3A to teach them.Please become  creative  people.

Friday, August 30, 2013.I get chance to supervision  by Principal,Mr. Alan.  I teach Primary 2A. I get dificult  how  to management  class.The student moveable (high mobile).I'm so angry  to  some  students,example Gladys Stevie. She is deligent to complain don't  know  while so indiferrent (cuek) to concentrate and effort. Mr.Alan observation me  during one period than 2 periods that available. Mr Berny - homeroom Primary 2A come  to remain me that the time is up. I help to tote (carry pick aback=gendong)  a women student, Gaby that her feet is  broken (=injury = patah /cedera)because fall down at home. She can not  walkwhile she  and her  friends shoulbe move  from main class (primary 2A) to ICT  lab. Ms.Berny help her when  entrance. Ms  Berni lift her  from  their class to ICT  left. Ms  Berni set  her  on chair.I teach them. Gaby cando her task well. When finish I  lift Gaby  to back to her class. This is the first experience I left student that injury (cedera)  of feet in the  school.  "Am  I weight? Gaby ask me  on stair (tangga)  from  second floor to  first floor."Oh, no," I answer while  try to  carefully in order to not fall  down in stair . (tangga).  I delivery Gaby to her class P 2A. Than  I read newsat internet.On 14. 00 I join onmeeting. Themeeting become0n 14.45.Than I write  on blog  before  I goback to home.

Monday, August 16, 2013.
I try to help students to do exercise. Student 4B, Kiriena Putri slow to understand. How to handle this case. I ask Lia, Ravelia  to help. Lia and Ravelia clever. "Please  study hard in order to you know," Ravelia says. May be it is not match with Kiriena  character. Kiriena still can not do the test. Finally I try to ask Annabel. Anabel help Kiriena. Finally Kiriena success to the rehearse. Handle problem, student help student. 

Thursday,  Sept 12, 2013. I teach Primary 3A.  Jessica is crying because her friends judgement her. I try to understanding her. I accept  her. I try to  solve problem. "Jessica, Glady  exit the building without permission to ICT teacher. They want to research at flower park. The other friends  complain because can not go out the building when school time. "Follow the rule. If want to go out, please permission to teacher, include ICT teacher,"" I say. Than we go to ICT room to study.




Monday, Sept 16, 2013.
I mistake see time. Actually  (sebenarnya) P4B stop on 10.35 am while I stop on 11.10. "I  corruption time during 35 minutes. Lucky Mr. Egy (PKn) teacher busy so he is willing even (bahkan) excited (gembira) when I use his time. "We are not like to study Pkn too," the student say.

I late teach P2B during 35 minutes too because use by P4B. I ak Finy as leader. In class Lerry, Juan and  Genio play ink.  The floor, table, white board even (bahkan) their  clothes (baju) and pants (celana)  dirty too. I angry to them. I give punishment to them.  "Please clean the floor," I say. They use paper to  clean the floor. Seldom they use  saliva (air ludah)  that  put on paper to  clean it. They are creative to find solution of problem.  Than I lead them to wash their hand. I try to manage my emotion. Lucky I find idea to clean the floor that they make dirty. This is good idea. 

On P 4 A there is student that not get score about Menjelajah Nusantara. He is Elbert Cherubim Wijaya.  I ask him  to memorize and can come after school time. He is doing it. He make Presentation. Than I take score. So the student have score of ICT for  first report.

P3B, Sept. 17, 2013. I teach them the total of students are  31. The situation at class so crowded (ramai). The students come to touch me . They hug (memeluk) and embrance (merangkul) me. The situation so crowded. There are students need attention in order to become leader, reader / caller  the other student. They are, e.g. Tasya, Shannon, Cathrine Alicia,  Zoya, Samantha, Kelly, Nikita. All of them ask attention from me. Tasha  cranky (ngambek)   because her wish to read the name of students to  make line not   occur (terjadi) because I'm not give permission. She is cranky (ngambek), stay out  class room. She is crying. Than I ask Shannon to accompany her.I'm not angy her. She come later  to ICT Lab. In  ICT LAB  Nikita cry because her computer  error, may be because  virus attack. I move her. I leave Tasya and  Nikita. Than they stop cryng than continue  to do their  work. I give chance to Tasya to open the other  software in order to not  nosy. The situation of class so crowded (ramai) and noisy (berisik). Why There are 8  unit PC that error while  the total students are 31. I teach them about Microsoft Word 2010. I ask them to type data that add  the other components e.g. picture, backgroud, color.   On this situation I try to handle the class. I study from students. "Nadine, please  help your  friends how to make  coloring as background. "Layout - Color Page - 2 color - ok. Some students seem  independent (mandiri), e.g, Nadine, Valen Simanungkalit. The other so high  moveable (Richo, Pandu, Richanda, Cathrine. Thank you Nadine. Nadine seem so  adult  (dewasa) although she still  child. She is calm (tenang) and independent. I like her attitude.

September 18, 2013.  I help Ms Indri to teach  Kinderganten  students. KG B1 and KG B2 learn computer in the morning.  Mr. Dhani  and I help Ms Indri. Ms Indri is the main teacher. The students play Microsoft Barney. I try to help student. "Sir, please open session of  coloring."  Elwn ask. I open it on Barny.  "Sir, please open coloring session to me," Sammy ask. I get difficult to open it.  I try to open but fail. Than I ask Ellen. "Elen please help me. "Where  place the coloring session?" I ask him. She touch mouse than operate it. She click the  pig picture . What is result? "The drawing session appear. The students  and I happy. The child can be reliable  (depenable = bisa diandalkan). Thank you Ellen for your kindness," I say to her. "You are welcome, sir.

I teach Primary 1B. Some students troublesome (merepotkan), especially Vio, Reagen, Paris. Vio always ask. "Sir, I can not, please help me," she says. Christian Sandjaya is cring because can not draw JPS building. I help him. He is stop to cry. Reagen is vomit. Paris  moveable women and seem cool (cuek). 

I use much energy to manage them.

Than I teach Primary 6. I give task to  them. They are design nicely, especially Nico, Audrea, Joanna, Audrey. "Who teach you Photoshop,  your mom, isn't it? "No, you are,"  Audrey says. 

Than the student go back to the class.

The electric off. I read the book  about Manggarai that wrireen by  Maribeth Erb.  I try to understand my culture,  Manggarai, Flores. When the electric on again, I  write on blog after help Thomas  (Primary 1 C) how to ask permission on English. He can hear but not fluent yet to read.

Thursday, 19 Sept, 2013.
I teach Primary 1A,1C,3A,5A.
I try so save energy to teach Primary 1A.  Novern Kelyombar use PC 1. He press any key until the computer can not be use during 2 seeion of lession. He so active if meet computer. Than computer can use again after silent about 3 hours. Than I manage time for teach Primary 1C. I let them stand up during 10 minutes while I  correct p 1A  students  work. So I only use 35 minutes to teach them because I control them when breakfast / lunch. I try to create peace to them. I see Michele and Matthew  want to cry  because Vincent not give sorry to them. Vincent is captain. The home room teacher ask Vincent to write the name student that naughty. On this case Mathew and Michele almost cry. I try to  reconcile  (mendamaikan) them. I reconcile P5A. I give chance to them to change name but it's make them make with bad name make the others angry. Nanessa Nathania is women students that complain because some boys change name on data with negative word. So  she off  his friend  computer. She off Melvin Computer . Melvin complain but only word not  use physic complain to Nathania. May be this is difference education at NTT  and  Java. NTT education often use physical (fisik) -  slap (menampar), punch (meninju / menonjok), hit  (memukul)-   while at Java only use word. This is important to me. The student can give chance to creative but positive to creative the positive case.  When teach Primary 3A, I need much energy to  control them. There are some computer that broken. When  dismissal time of school (waktu sekolah berakhir) I permit some students  play computer. I give chance to them to play internet , e.g. Thomas (P1C), Carlos, Ares,  Rigel(P4A) and Kiriena (P4B). The students make  spilled (menumpahkan) ink to table and printer."Wow... I'm  excessive (kebablasan) to give free to students to use computer and open internet. Actually the students  not use this moment nicely. They even make me sick heart with spilled ink I need  assertiveness (ketegasan) of attitude in order to not  excessive (kebablasan) again.

On  Sept. 19 - 20,2013, I use headset. I success use it, connect to computer. I success to put out it from my  head, so no give negative affect to me.  I can hear the sound without  direct put on  hear. This is nice experience.


During, September 18-19, 2013, I go back to  home on 22.00 pm. What  did I do at school? Fill blog, see youtube about Flores / NTT songs. The Flores folk song is good.

On Friday, Sept. 20, 2013.
I come early. I  have duty to grreting students at gate of School. Mr. Allan (Principal of Primary - from Philipine)  accompany me.  Kindergarten student  not study computer today.

I ask to students  that I  assume (menduga) make  spilled (menumpahkan) ink on table so make dirty  table, floor and mouse. I ask to Carlos. "No, not me or my friend that  use the computer. Than I ask Kiriena. Actually Kiriena that do it. I praise (memuji) her because  she is honest   acknowledge (mengakui) it. " I was spilling (menumpahkan) ink. "When I go to beside space my body  touch the table of printer that make ink spilled (tumpah), she says. Than I ask the office boy to clean the table and floor that get ink. I give punishment to all student  include Thomas and Kiriena in order to not use computer after dismissal time of school.
With his the problem  finish.

Sept. 25, 2013.
I false  see  schedule of mid semester test  of Invigilation. I think at P 3A. While Ms Novy already in the class. I entrance. "Thank you," she says. Than see come again. "Please you go to Primary 1C. Your schedule there now," Ms Novy says. I go there. Ms Cheryl - Philipine teacher-  already wait. I assist student to do their test.

The test finish on 08.30 am.
Than I  go back to ICT room. I write on blog.

Than I invigilation again. I come to P3B. The student noisy. May be my management not effective. Please study how to life with effective, Franck.
Please study from the others just as Ms Cherryl. She can manage her class nicely.

I go back to home on 20.00 pm.

Today, Saint Klaus party of name. Saint Claus our almamater when JHS_SHS. Saint Klaus Kuwu - Cumbi- Ruteng - Flores.

On Saturday, September 28, 2013  on the morning, Mr. Barnabas  come visit us. He give money Rp 810.000  to me. Thank you  sir," I say.

Monday, September 30, 2013. Today is the end time  for mid semester test  for students JPS.  I'm invigilation English test at Primary 3B. The students ask me about present list of  test  for  sign. They remember me. I looking for  it than distribute  to students.   I try to help students to  handle their problem. "Sir, Dinda boy or girl?" Keane ask. He want to know it in order to can answer the question. "Dinda is girl," I answer. The student get difficult about vocabulary. The time 08.15 am come. The bell is ringing. I collect the students work. The students exit from class. "Sir, who is invigilator fpr P3B?" Ms  Dwi ask. "Me, what is happening" I answer. "The test still running because the time allocation during 90 minutes, not 60 minutes. Primary 3 until 6  dissmissal at 08.30," she explain. "I  give permission for student to  break time because on   cover / envelope (sampul) of English test the dismissal time is 08.30. Than I continue to go back to the ICT room. I submit to English teacher about the student work paper.  Than I go to ICT room.
On 09.15 I invigilation on Primary 6B. I change with Mr. Aldo. Mr. Aldo  invigilation at Primary 4B. Now the subject for test is  PKn. I looking for  the present list of students. I looking for it at  at teacher  room and administration staff of secretary.  I already put it at  cover," Ms. Yayan says. Than I go back to P6B. In reality already  find. I don't know from where. "Ms Yayan is right," I say in my heart.I  control students when they work. "Sir, Mr......, the Pkn  and  Religion teacher is so lazy to teach. He is smoking too," Celine and Bianca  says. "The Maths  teacher too," they said. Who is the Math teacher?" I ask. She is Ms....... Our score is lower. When we Primary 5, Ms Hanna teach us very well. We are not get the bad score," they says. When finish Primary, we will not  continue  here," they say.  I try to hear the student  complain. When  dismissal time I go back to teacher  room. I'm so sleep today. May be because I sleep  late in last  night. Mr. Gracia, Mr. Yoseph come to ICT room. They entry the data. Some students - Ben dan Steve - P4 - come. They open youtube. I open youtube too. I hear the Flores  and Manggarai song. I see at Youtube about music group from NTT. It is  entete voice. They  often  present at Malang TV. They often singing International song (English, e.g. Chiquitita, etc).  Than  I write  on blog. I make reflection about Caci and the other folk song. Mr. Egy  come to ICT room. I go back to home on 20.00  pm. At home lucky Mr. Egy alredy prepare vegetables and fried tempeh.  Mr. Barnabas and Mrs. Barnabas, Padre and Ciko  come to visit us. We by the way. They  go back. Than we are supper. I'm not take a bath. Than I rest. In middle night I get up. Than I sleep again. I get up late. I  take a bath, breakfast, than start to school. I arrive late in school is on 07.15 am. I help Ms Indri to open computer.

I teach Primary 3B. The situation  of class  so noisy. I hit (menukul) Ricanda (women student) and  Brain on her  and  his  ass (pantat). Ricanda  Cry.  He fight  with Albert. He throw  Albert  with ballpoint.. The situation  of  class  make  me  not  happy. The  situation  so noisy. Pleaseimprove  your managent  of  class, F. May  be  because I', not prapare the  handout   for  student. Please  make  handout,   Franck.

Albert  give  me  biscuit "Good  Time = Double Chocochips  Cookies) and  Can Drin of Larutan Penyegar. I eat  and  drink  it.  I go  back  to  home  at 21,15. pm.

I teach  KG A1.I print paper to them to coloring. Than , I teach   Primary  3 B and  5 B. I teach  Primary 3B.I only control  them  because  still test  of IPA.Ms  Dwi  - IPA  teacher - ask my  time  but  I should be control  the  students.The  student  is  naughty. Albert and  Pandu impolite. They say  impolite  tome   as  teacher. "The  situation  at  ICT  room is  tumultuous (rusuh)," Nadin  says. I'm not  firm (tegas)  to students.
Thn Ms.Dwi come.  He  handlethe  class.  I go back to ICT  room. Than  I teach Primary 5B  about Corel Draw.  I ask  Gladys  about  title  song  when mass. "One  moment at a day"-I see it on  internet. After wait  long,I success  find  it.I open  it  at  Teacher room  computer. I'm happy today because  know  this  song  and Timor  songs.  I success  to copy andmake  it  on new  blog.On my blogI can  make  new blog.I have group blog (English song,BudayaNTT,Budaya Flores, Budaya  Manggarai, Daily experience).  I'm very happy.I go back  on  20.30pm.Mr. Fon  Jaban arrive at Jakarta  from Wela. "Please come  there is  souvenir  from home  to  you,"  he  says."Okay, I will come  tomorrow,"I say.

I come  late. The KG B1 already  come.This  is Ms  Vera's class. Than Ms Imel come. I still bussy  to open  Computer."Student  can  come.We can  study  ICT  today,"I say.Than  KGB1  come. They  are Yiska,Mandy  cs.  They  study Alphabet.  I findAlphabet  song  from computer.Evidently  on Optima   software available   it.  I see  it  yesterday.There is almost 12  song  on that  software. I know  it  when  the  students open  it. I study  from  student.

I teach Primary 1B. The  students are  noisy.  I'm not  firm. Ms Lidya -homeroom teacher 1A-come  to handle class.Today  Clara  cry  at  the  class until her  eyes  is   swollen (sembab). Why is Clara crying?" I ask to myself."Wow... I fail to make  her  to have  self confidence  attitude.She want to make  picture  just  as  Paska  her  friend.Paska  picture  nice  because  she  have talent  to draw  nicely. Clara  want  to  draw  picture  just  as  Paska."I'm can  not to draw it,"she says."Please draw object  that  you  can,example house, fish, building,"I say.She did not want.  She  is crying.  Today  I give instruction to them  to draw free  just  as  they imagination. There is student  that  draw  car, people, fish, house. I appreciate  to them. Teacher  seldom give free  to  student to   develop their imagination. Wonderful, students  can  do  it. I ask  Paska and Aurel Reyna Panjaitan to help Clara  in  order  to she  stop crying. But  it  fail.  Than  I talk to Clara after lesson.Madeline (IB)  help  to me  to  take tissue  to wipe (menyeka) Clara's tear (air  mata).Madeline do  it."Clara, stop crying.Only baby  that  crying, " Rachel Ariana  Calistha Yohanes says. Rachel ever angry  to Clara at last week. "Clara  is  evil (jahat)," Rachel say  while crying  at at  last  week. Madeline  seldom  dislike to Clara. Clara  have  desire  to became  leader always. Madeline  toobur when Madeline want to  desire  it, Clara  forbid it.This  is my problem.The  teacher should be have schedule / rotation student  tobecome leadeso the  student  not scrambling (berebutan)  and the teacher not  partial (pilih kasih).  This is  duty  to me at  next semester (January 2014).

I teach Primary 1A. I talk with students. Rebeca tell that she recent go back  from  Korean  together  her  family. “Mr. Frans, my father  still  on duty. He is pilot. Last we he drive Aeroplane to America. This week he  drive aeroplane to Asia – Korea – Philipine - , “Dimal tell me about  his  father  job.  Novan touch the  computer. He diligent  to touch without  know what is he want to do. He often pres the  CPU  key  that  seldom  make  it  error. Student draw Christmas Tree. Raha  draw  too. When break time  Raja’s brother –Kenzo – see it.”The picture is  bad,” Kenzo  says. “Why? Am I teach students  nicely?,”I ask to myself.  Than I teach Primary 1C. “Mr.Frans, Clara  hit  Madeline, so Madeline is crying,”Aurel,  Keysa,Paska  complain  to me. I  see Clara. Clara  want  to  cry too. I try  to make  peace  of  them. Than I control students when  break. They  eating / break. I help them to open the food or  drink. Hilary  complain  because I don’t  forget  call  her  name  or  even  false  mention  her  name. Today I can not  answer’s Hilary question about how  change  cursor. “I want  cursor “horse” just as  Cherise,”she ask. I try  to  open  on  Control Pane – Mouse – but  not fiind  it. I’m lose it. After  lesson  I  find  it. I change  it.May  be  on  next week  I can  show  it  to  Hillary. I so give free  to  students. I need evaluate  it. Than  I teach P3A. I come  late  because  I prepare the lesson.  I open internet  than  open email. I print handout  to Primary 3A. Hansel looking  for  me at the   ICT room. I teach Microsoft Word to them about shape (callouts). The situation  of  class  so  noisy. Almost  11  students not  get  the  computer. Some  students walk around. I hit Ivana on her bottom. She is  not  serious. Than she  try  to  do? Why  the  class  situation  nosy? May be  my management is false  and  computer  is  broken. I see  some  student  master  of  naughty, include Ivana, Wiliam. Some   computer  broken, include  Ivana  computer. Ivana ask my help. I come to handle it. I fail to get the  best solution. I move Ivana to the other  computer. Than I check it.  I check on near status bar, exact to  Zoom Level.  I see exactly and seriously. “Wow…Ivana zoom in until 700 %. This action make the  computer can not work properly,” I say while repair  it. I success to  make it normal size. it  I just  find  the  reason why  can  not  use  to  type. I try  to handle it. I find  the  trick. Than I teach Primary 5A. I see  Ricard is  crying. Why? He have problem  with Ignatio  about  Futsal. “Please reconciliation do by yourself. If not  you still  here, not need  to  join  on ICT lesson at Laboratory,” I say  try to  encourage students to finish  their problem by themselves.  I teach Corel  Draw. I  try  to explain to students. Some  students still  noisy, not concentrate. “Please  make greeting  card – Merry Christmas”  use Rectangle- Artistic  Media – Text –, give  back ground “ I give  instruction. Generally students can do it. Ricard  and  Regina always  ask  make  me  boring. “Please you  try to optimize your capability,” I say them. They seem  only  want  to easy  without  struggle. I dislike  it. I like  they  have  combat spirituality.  PC 18   leave by student (Trishya – philipine students) because  can not  open Corel  Draw. When finish lesson try  to check.  Evidently (=turns out = ternyata)   about Registration.  I try  to  handle  it. I success  to  open  it.

Since  yesterday I  get  influenza. I try to  promise to myself to not  approach (mendekati) and keep    distance (jaga jarak)  to  students  but  can not  because  students  and  I so  near  and   familiar, especially Primary 1 and 2.  I  approach to Madeline  that  cry  and  Clara  that almost  cry. We  teach  Primary  and  KG. Ms  Indri  teach  KG B1  and KB B2.  Fernando,KB2  come  late. He  sir  down  while  play  computer. I see  his  head. On  his  head have hoar (uban)."Wow... Fernando  that  still KG - 4 or 6  years  already  hoar. Why? Because food? Habit or   descent (keturunan).
"May  be  because  descent!"Ms  Indri  says.

Ms  Lidya    say  to  me  change  of  schedule  for  Sunday. I write  it. I teach Primary 1A. I ask  student  to  rolling  to  become leader. I ask  Novan  and  Arlene  as  leader. Both do  it. Novan  leader  when  go  to  ICT, Arlene  leader  when  go  back  to  their  class. For 1C  they  already  have captain (kapten), Valery. Valery lead  her  friends. When  break, Hillary  complain: "Valery  take  my noodles  twice," she  says. "Valery, please ask before  take  your  friends   food,"  I say. Valery angry  to Hillary. She  - as  captain - write  Hillary's   name  at  whiteboard. "Hillary dislike  share  her  food   2.000  times, 3  million  times,"  she  write. Her friends laugh. Hillary  still calm. "Hillary  way  is  not  good. She  make her  friend   shame,"I say  in  my  heart. Than  I exit  to  copy  material  for  Primary 3A. I make  it  manually, writing  hand. I  write  use marker (spidol). I teach  Primary 3A. The  students  so  many. There  are  9 computer that  broken. When I teach Primary 1, there  are 4 PC  that  can  not  run  of  Play    and  Learn. What  I  did  yesterday - copy  use  networking -  it is  waste. It  is error  again. Wow.......
